Technical Features:
On the basis of the introduction of Japanese Isuzu technology, our company, in cooperation with Austrian AVL company, developed BJ493ZLQ1 (4JB1) inter-cooled turbocharged diesel engine. Having undergone structure strength analysis, finite element analysis calculating and accelerated test for random fatigue, the key parts of the engines are proven to be reliable. Equipped with key technological measures such as new-type high-efficient chargers, combustion system and P type fuel injector; the engines have thus largely reduced fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. Conforming to the requirements of Euro II Emission regulation, the engines are environment-friendly, whose technical indexes, such as mean effective pressure, power per liter have not only reached domestic leading level but also come up to advanced level of the world. They are ideal engines for medium trucks.
