     On November 10, the Saxony Investment Promotion was held in Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, which was jointly organized by the German state of Saxony Economic Association, the Department of Commerce and CCPIT.
    As a member of CCPIT, we attended the conference.Mr. W. Freese, the German state of Saxony Economic Minister of Investment Promotion, recommended the overview of the Saxony,investment policies and incentives for businesses. he highlighted that Jiangsu enterprises investing in Saxony will enjoy financial subsidies from Saxony government, large enterprises will get 30%, while small and medium enterpries will have 50%.if the project investment and development co-exist, then the Saxon government subsidies for R & D also has additional support;such as business needs professional skills of workers training, the training of Saxony as well as some government subsidies.
      Huang Qun lawyer from Germany Taylor Wessing introduced the legal environment for Chinese enterprises to invest and services provided by Germany. Huang Qun lawyer also mentioned how to do business in Germany, and mergers and acquisitions.
